Ground Floor:

Main entrance door leads to a sun bathing area with a swimming pool, open air shower area, built in barbecue and with pool area furniture. From sun bathing area there are stairs leading to a door which opens to an interior hallway.

First Floor:

On left side of interior entrance hallway there are few steps leading to a sitting area with flat screen television, dining area and to kitchen which are all combined in 1 room. Facing this sitting area there is a double bedroom {1 double bed} with an air conditioner, a ceiling fan and also with an en suite bathroom. On right side of interior entrance hallway there is a twin bedroom {2 single beds} with an air conditioner and a ceiling fan. In this same hallway there is a double bedroom {1 double bed} with an air conditioner, a ceiling fan and a small patio. Also in this hallway there is a shower room with shower, wash hands basin, toilet and washing machine.
